On August 22, 1918 Pablo Borbon of Batangas sent (President) Quezon a list of influential people in the towns of that province.  For Lian he listed Francisco Lejano, Galicano Limjoco, Gregorio Limjoco, etc” Lolo Guyo was 43 at that time and married with children, a physician and he had built his first Ice Plant.
